JCRS letterhead in top lefthand corner. Two stamps overlapping each other, both in purple ink and on righthand side of envelope: "Do not use this envelope or wrapper again. Returned to writer claimed from Philadelphia, PA." and "Delayed No. 8 To search for Address Philadelphia, Pa." On back of envelope three stamps, all in black ink: "Philadelphia PA. May 29 11:30 PM 1906.", "Phila. PA, May 25 10 AM Rec'd C. D. 1." & [illegible] stamp date.
