Letter from JCRS to Mr. Jacob Stern, 1906 July 28
Abstract
Typed letter from JCRS to Mr. Jacob Stern, on July 28 1906. The letter informs Mr. Jacob Stern that Dr. Spivak spoke to his son, Mr. Philip Stern. He seemed in good spirits although Dr. Spivak knew he would not make it and Dr. Spivak did not want to shatter his illusion with telling him he will not recover and is being sent home. The letter includes information regarding other patients who have lived past the time that was thought to be the end and this is what Dr. Spivak hopes for Mr. Philip Stern. The letter is not signed, but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
