Abstract

Typed letter from JCRS to Mr. Jacob Cohen, on Sept. 24, 1906. The letter informs Mr. Cohen that the Resident Physician has informed JCRS that his physical condition is excellent and that he is able to leave the Sanatorium. The Admission & Dismission Committee has decided that Mr. Cohen's stay at the Sanatorium be terminated OCtober 8th, 1906. The letter is not signed, but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
