Commemorative jar given to Azriel Stein and Pencol Drug Store. Jar reads ''In recognition of outstanding Community Health Service on the occasion of dispensing its 1,000,000th prescription Presented by Eli Lilly and Company to...'' [plaque reads ''Pencol Drug Store April 22, 1967'']

Given in combination with award plaque (also in collection).


Object was broken in transit to or from Hamden Center. Ceramic jar was broken into 20+ pieces.
