Billie (Lillian) Stein poses with members of her Harmony Girls Orchestra. All five female members are dressed in pirate costumes with their instruments. Billie Stein on the left playing her trumpet. Billie Stein started her own all-girls band at the age of 14 and traveled throughout the United States performing on her trumpet.

From the Collection: The collection contains materials intentionally assembled by the Ira M. and Peryle Hayutin Beck Memorial Archives of Jews in the Rocky Mountain region.
