Abstract
Wooden plaue withchrome plate attached, inscribed ''Phi Beta Kapps Founded December 5, 1776. This Writing Certified that William Thorvald Driscoll was made a member of ΦBΚ by actio nof the Gamma of Colorado University of Denver May 12, 1964, in recognition of high attainments in liberal scholarship. In Witness Whereof, the President and Secretary fo the Chapter has hereunto affixed their signatures'' Signed by Allen du Pont Breck as President and Dorothy M. Visochin as secretary, with a ΦBΚ seal etched into the plate.
