Typed letter from David S. Browning, Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel at Schlumberger, to Yuli M. Vorontsov dated January 11, 1999. In this letter Browning informs Vorontsov that he will not be able to attend his farewell luncheon. However, he would like to express his appreciation on behalf of his company, Schlumberger, for all of Vorontsov's work with the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce.

This series contains letters of tribute to and about Yuli Vorontsov from various people. The letters were written specifically with regard to a farewell luncheon that was taking place.
