Typed letter from Frank H. Murkowski, Senator from Alaska, to Yuli M. Vorontsov dated January 13, 1999. Murkowski is unable to attend the luncheon in honor of Vorontsov, but would like to extend his gratitude for the work that Vorontsov has done over the course of his career as both an Ambassador and as a member of the Advisory Council for the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce.

From the Series: This series contains letters of tribute to and about Yuli Vorontsov from various people. The letters were written specifically with regard to a farewell luncheon that was taking place. Deborah Palmieri planned the luncheon in Vorontsov's honor.
