Typed letter from Kenneth P. McCullough, President and CEO of Havens Steel, to Yuli M. Vorontsov dated January 7, 1999. McCullough informs Vorontsov that he cannot attend his farewell luncheon, but would like to express his appreciation on behalf of his company, Havens Steel, for Vorontsov's service in the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce and his efforts to promote American foreign investment in Russia.

This series contains letters of tribute to and about Yuli Vorontsov from various people. The letters were written specifically with regard to a farewell luncheon that was taking place.
