Abstract
Program for the University of Denver doctoral, graduate and undergraduate commencement ceremony, August 13, 1999. Honorary degree recipients: Cabell Childress, Doctor of Humane Letters, he has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Denver, University of Colorado at Boulder, and the University of Colorado at Denver; Elizabeth H. Rose, Doctor of Humane Letters, a former chairman of the Denver/Takayama Sisters Cities Affiliation, a founder of the Japan Society of Colorado; Ken Salazar, Doctor of Laws, in November of 1998, he was elected as Colorado Attorney General. Remarks were given by: Catherine Alter, Dean, Graduate School of Social Work. The closing remarks were given by Daniel L. Ritchie, Chancellor of the University.
