Honorary degrees recipients: Mamduh Abu-Hassan, Doctor of Business; Lloyd Axworthy, Doctor of Public Service; Morley C. Ballantine, Doctor of Humane Letters, she joined the University of Denver Board of Trustees in 1983; Swanee Hunt, Doctor of Humane Letters and former member of the University of Denver Board of Trustees from 1990 to 1993. Remarks were given by Swanee Hunt. The closing remarks were given by Daniel L. Ritchie, Chancellor of the University.
