This collection contains the records of the University of Denver chapter of Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society. Before becoming an official chapter in 1950, Sigma Xi existed on campus as a student club for those interested in scientific research.

Collection contains the records from the Colorado chapter of Tau Kappa Alpha at the University of Denver from 1910 until at least the early 1960s. Tau Kappa Alpha was an honorary society dedicated to the promotion of forensics (public speaking).
