Abstract

One cookbook produced by the AMC entitled "A Memorable Culinary Digest" originally published in 1971 with the ninth and final edition published in 2008. The 208 page cookbook was produced by the National Council of Auxilaries as a fundraiser for AMC.

Abstract Margaret Husted of Alexandria, Va. (wife of Walter Husted, the business editor of U.S. News and World Report). After her death in 1980, the Boettcher Foundation purchased the collection and donated it to a Denver area cooking school.
