Rosen provides basic biographical details about her family and herself, and she discusses growing up in west Denver. She also talks about the important role that family, Jewish traditions, and music played throughout her life. The CD is interspersed with singing and ends with Clara Rosen performing "Sunrise, Sunset," a song that she had often sung at family celebrations.
