Dr. Melvin Urofsky address where he discusses his research on his multi-volume series on the letters of Louis Brandeis. With David Levy, he co-edited a five volume series of Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis' letters; he also published on the subject of Zionism and Brandeis as well as law and the Supreme Court.

Philip Hornbein was a Colorado trial lawyer, a leader in the fight against the Ku Klux Klan, and chairman of Colorado's Democratic Party during the presidency of Franklin D. Roosevelt.

A prominent attorney, Louis Isaacson was president of the Denver Bar Association, which honored him with its Award of Merit. He was a foundiing trustee of Rose Hospital and the Waterman Fund and very active in the Anti-Defamation League. An early supprter of pro bono legal services, he was a strong supporter of civil and legal rights.

He received his LL.B in 1896 from Stanford University, where he was a roommate of Herbert Hoover.
