Walter Scheib III (5/3/1954 - 6/13/2015) served as executive chef at the White House from 1994-2005 under Presidents Clinton and Bush. Prior to his time at the White House, he studied at Culinary Institute of America and worked at the Capitol Hilton, the Boca Raton Club and Resort, and The Greenbriar.
