Overview A cotton American flag with thirteen horizontal stripes, seven red and six white, with 48 white stars on a blue field in the upper left corner. This flag was presented to Israel Smith when he became a U.S. citizen at the age of 21, ca.1927.

Overview Morris Eber was born in 1879 and immigrated from Russia in 1892. He married Ida and they had two children, Bessie and Helen. He lived in Denver, owned Eber’s Grocery Store and worked in Real Estate. One framed certificate stating that Morris Eber is hereby a citizen of the United States. The certificate is issued by the District Court of the second judicial district, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado. Stamped October 13, 1900.
