Abstract Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to H. Masliansky. Spivak tells Masliansky that he enclosed a letter addressed to B. Wigatow. Spivak goes into detail about the patients who are very sick at the sanatorium. Spivak then explains that once patients begin to feel better they are carefully assigned light work around the sanatorium.
