Spivak tells Jake that the cost of shipping the body to New York would be $157.00 and the cost of the burial in Denver would be $32.00. Spivak tells Jake that if he does not hear from him within twenty-four hours Adolph would be buried in Denver. He also instructs Jake to send the money my wire transfer.
