The letter informs Mr. Blau that JCRS interviewd both Miss Hruschka and Mr. Kokush, and there was misunderstanding of a proposal between the two of them. Miss Hruschka was under the impression that Mr. Kokush was going to marry her and care for her in California. Mr. Kokush informed JCRS that this was not correct and he is in no condition to propose.
