Overview Handwritten medical record by Dr. C.D. Spivak for patient Gus Hornstein, dated 11/19/1907. States in pencil, "Emergency symptoms disappeared" and other illegible notes. In ink, states Mr. Hornstien in bed #53 has normal appetite, sleeps well, does not cough much and "does not raise blood since the last 2 weeks." Dr. Spivak notes he thinks some of the symptoms are "somewhat exaggerated" by Mr. Hornstein. Notes are signed, at the top, Dr. C.D. Spivak, and at the bottom, Dr. Spivak.
