Abstract
Saliman's Bar and Grill was opened by Samuel Saliman near the beginning of the 1920s and was in operation for almost a century under various names. The restaurant was located at 1920 Larimer Street, Denver, CO. and later at other locations in downtown Denver. The collection contains a menu from C and E Saliman's Grill and a silver plated teaspoon from Saliman's. There are two photos of the restaurant in B063 (Beck Photograph Collection).

Abstract
The item is a Saliman's E and C Grill Menu from September 1933. The menu has the same information on both sides, except that a small "five o'clock Special Short Orders" menu has been inserted inside the menu's plastic covering on one of the sides. The main menu has NRA (National Recovery Administration) logo on the top of the menu on the left and right.
