Abstract

Handwritten letter from Beaconsfield Lodge #179, O.B.A. to Dr. C. D. Spivak. The letter gives thanks to Dr. Spivak with helping Mr. Bailin. The letter informs Mr. Obeler that although Mr. Bailin filed for admission, it does take time for the applicant to be admitted because of specific propositions. The second paragraph informs Mr. Obeler that Dave Bailin was admitted yesterday and will be taken care of. The second page concludes that Mr. Bailin has reached his dying days and requested to be sent home to spend his time with family...

Typed letter from JCRS to Mr. A. Obeler, on Jan. 31, 1906. The letter informs Mr. Obeler of JCRS's appreciation for such kind expressions. Typed letter from JCRS to Mr. A. Obeler, on Feb. 22, 1906. The letter informs Mr. Obeler that JCRS has not received any information from the family relative to the payment of the funeral bill. It concludes with inquiring the Lodge to inform JCRS with any information regarding the bill. The letter is unsigned, but "President" is typed at the bottom.

Abstract Handwritten letter from Beaconsfield Lodge #197, O.B.A, on 1/9 1906. The first page explains how disappointed the Lodge is that JCRS will not take Mr. Bailin right away. It goes on to inform JCRS that Mr. Bailin will not last during the 2 month waiting period. The second page informs JCRS that the Lodge cannot support Mr. Bailin for 2 months and would be grateful if the Institution would admit him earlier. It reads that Mr. Bailin has been in Denver for over a week. The letter is signed A....
