This folder contains a single CD with the entire collection of Universal Round Dance Council and International Choreographed Ballroom Dance Association convention syllabi in PDF format. Syllabi contents include photographs of organizers and teachers, biographic resumes, clinic and workshop descriptions, and dance cue sheets. Also included are all newsletters for 1977-2012, except for October-December of 1977.

This folder contains documents relating to the formation of the National Round Dance Board of Review and its earliest operations, mostly from Frank Gilbert and Iris Gilbert. Includes a draft proposal for what would become the Universal Round Dance Council, discussions of organizational agenda, operational policies, and a letter discussing the organization's relationship to Callerlab and Legacy.

I Miss You Waltz, 2002
This folder contains a minidisk recording and the cue sheets for an associated, pre-choreographed dance. The minidisk contains an MP3 file of “Oh, How I Miss You Tonight” performed by Jim Reeves and Deborah Allen. The cue sheet is for the “I Miss You Waltz,” choreographed in 2002 in memory of cancer victims Marilyn McAdams, Deann Voss, and Mickey Moore. Mickey Moor was co-president of the Universal Round Dance Council at the time of her death in August of 2001.
International Choreographed Ballroom Dance Association Records
The International Choreographed Ballroom Dance Association was started as the National Round Dance Board of Review in 1976-1977, became the Universal Round Dance Council in 1977, and changed to its current name in late 2007. The collection primarily consists of official newsletters and convention syllabi from 1979-2012, plus organizing correspondence from 1976-1979, official convention recordings from 2004-2005, and some ephemera.
