Typed letter from JCRS to Mr. Barnett Berman, on March 25, 1907. The letter informs Mr. Berman that M. A. Saly got a similar letter from Mr. Berman. M. A. Saly agress that these fees are not outrageous and it is New Haven's hasty telegrams that cause the fee to rise. The letter is not signed, but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
