Plastic Fan with Two Black Tassels, between 1937-1941
A plastic fan made in Hong Kong. The fan panels are held together at the top with white satin ribbon and at the bottom with an aluminum ring. There are two black tassels hanging from a piece of black cord.

Cast of a play written by the Bookbinding Department of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society (JCRS). Dr. Charles Spivak is pictured close to the center of the photograph. The JCRS was a sanatorium for tuberculosis patients that was founded in 1904 by a group of immigrant Jewish workingmen along with the support of several leading physicians and rabbis in Denver, Colorado.

Poets - Yeutushenko, 1968-1978
Various materials, newspaper clippings and articles regarding the poet Yevgeny Yeutushenko. Yeutushenko was born in Siberia and became famous for his poem "Babi Yar," written in 1961. He was careful with his criticism of the Soviet Union and never ran afoul of the Soviet authorities. In his later years he taught at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa.
