Overview Envelope handwritten on in ink, with a return stamp that reads "After five days return to Sanitarium, Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society, Edgewater, Colorado". Handwritten in ink it reads, "Mr Hyman Pozner, Died Oct. 7th 08, H 4.95 focus 95/100, one gold watch and chain, one worked knife". Handwritten in pencil at the top right corner is circled "4.95 cash". Underneath handwritten in pencil it reads, "Handwriting of Dr. Geliene".
