Top left corner in printed ink states "After five days return to, Sanitarium, Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society, Edgewater, Colorado". "Jewish" and half of the word "Consumptives" has been ripped off, as well as half of the word "Edgewater". On the front middle section of the envelope, written in pencil added at a later date reads "$1.85 Cash".
