Overview Typed letter to "Mr. J. Madvinsky 102 St. Norbert St., Montreal, Can." from Dr. Spivak dated April 22/10 [sic]. Spivak notifies Mr. Madvinsky that he has decided the best thing for his wife (Mrs. Madvinsky) will be for her to stay in Denver for the time being. Spivak says it is preferred that Mr. Madvinsky come to Denver as soon as possible. The letter is not signed but Secretary is typed at the bottom.

The note states that Mrs. Madvinsky is "suffering from... Illegible... I am of opinion that she should be sent away to Colorado" [sic]. The note is signed illegibly.
