Overview Handwritten note from "543 St. [illegible] St Montreal" to unknown recipient dated "Dec. 12th 1908" [sic]. The note states: "Mrs. Madvinsky has been under my care for some weeks, being treated for pulmonary tuberculosis;" also, that Mrs. Madvinsky is steadily improving and would do well in a Sanatorium. The note is signed by E. S. Hardwig M. D.
