Fannie Lorber presents a plaque to Vice President, dinner co-chairman, and dinner honoree Ralph Simon at the 46th Anniversary Dinner for the Jewish National Home for Asthmatic Children in Denver at the Waldorf Astoria in New York on November 21, 1953. A bronze reproduction of the building named for Daniel L. Simon, Ralph Simon's son, was also presented during this speech.
