Abstract
This box contains materials about a property on E Evans Avenue and Colorado Blvd that DU wished to acquire and turn into a location for the University Managemnt Corporation. Materials include correspondence, leases, reports on land development, proposals, real estate sale documents, zoning papers, and more. There are also two sets of blueprints that show the property.

Now this box and other materials have been merged into the U113 DU Business and Financial Affairs Collection as the Office of Business and Financial Affairs typically oversees DU real estate and property purchasing as well as Facilities Management & Planning.
