This box contains a bound notebook of materials from the sale of Rancho Cielo. This sale was closed on August 23, 2013. The University (under Montecito Avocado Ranch LLC) sold the ranch to Calhaven LLC.
Rancho Cielo (also known as Montecito Avocado Ranch) was a part of a land donation made by Daniel Ritchie to the University of Denver. The land donated here were from his ranches in Santa Barbara, California.
