This box contains various materials related to real estate at the University of Denver including planning and management. There are materials related to the planning of University Park Campus (1923-1989), the Civic Center Campus (1918-1951), the Law Center (1982), the Student Union Building (1950-1959), and International House (1996). This box also contains Annual Reports from the Manager of Real Estate (1964-1975), Financing Documents (1935-1985), Tax Exempt Status (1972-1976), and publicity about DU in the news (1960-1985).

This box and other real estate materials used to be housed in the U184 DU Real Estate Collection. Now this box and other materials have been merged into the U113 DU Business and Financial Affairs Collection as the Office of Business and Financial Affairs typically oversees DU real estate and property purchasing as well as Facilities Management & Planning.
