Isaacs Family, circa 1914
Abstract
Members of the Isaacs family pose together in front of a blacksmith shop at 1327 Larimer in Denver, Colorado. Left to right Sadie Dorothy Isaacs, Abraham Isaacs, Charlotte Isaacs, and Grandma Pinter Isaacs. The family's residence was next door on 12th Street between Market and Larimer. Painted on the wall of the blacksmith shop is ''Phone Champa 3739'' and hanging on the wall is a sign that says ''Work team for sale.''

Scope and Contents
The collection contains materials intentionally assembled by the Ira M. and Peryle Hayutin Beck Memorial Archives of Jews in the Rocky Mountain region. The bulk of the photographs are from or related to various towns in Colorado, but the collection also contains photographs from other states in the western United States and other countries. There are some 19th century photograph types represented in the collection, including albumen prints, daguerrotypes, tintypes, post cards, colorized prints, cabinet cards, and cartes-de-visite.

In front of backsmith [sic] shop at 12th and Larimer, next door to residence on 12th St btn Market and Larimer. Hats custom made by Madame La Frantz in Leadville.''
