Properties include Asbury Park, Iliff School of Theology, Iliff Addition Blocks 7-8, Park Hill Campus, "Original Campus", Fraternity Subdivisions Plots 1-5 (for Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Alpha Zeta Chapter of Beta Theta Pi, Beta Omicron Chapter of Kappa Sigma, and Lambda Chi Alpha), and the University Park Amended Map for mulitple blocks (mostly Blocks 1-2).

This box and other real estate materials used to be housed in the U184 DU Real Estate Collection. Now this box and other materials have been merged into the U113 DU Business and Financial Affairs Collection as the Office of Business and Financial Affairs typically oversees DU real estate and property purchasing as well as Facilities Management & Planning.
