This box includes titles, abstract titles, deeds, lease agreements transmittle sheets, and statements of settlement related to various properties across the University Park Amended Map. Properties include University Park Amended Maps Block 33, 34, 36, 37, 39, 41, 42, 45, 51, 52, 54, 55, 56, 59, 60, and 61. There are folders on Observatory Park - General, Amended Maps, Abstracts, Releases, and Deeds. There is also a folder on Simpson Grove (roughly blocks 44-46).

Arrangement

This box and other real estate materials used to be housed in the U184 DU Real Estate Collection. Now this box and other materials have been merged into the U113 DU Business and Financial Affairs Collection as the Office of Business and Financial Affairs typically oversees DU real estate and property purchasing as well as Facilities Management & Planning.
