Titles, deeds, certificates of taxes due, other land information, notes, and correspondence related to various properties bought by DU. Properties with folders include West University Park (Block 20: Centennial Towers), Reser's Subdivision (Blocks 13, 14, 19-24), and the Evanston Addition/Evanston Addition Third Filing (Blocks 8, 9, 10, 24, 25, 39, 40, 41, 42). Blocks are divided into lots.

This box and other real estate materials used to be housed in the U184 DU Real Estate Collection. Now this box and other materials have been merged into the U113 DU Business and Financial Affairs Collection as the Office of Business and Financial Affairs typically oversees DU real estate and property purchasing as well as Facilities Management & Planning.
