Abstract
Titles, deeds, certificates of taxes due, other land information, inventories of gifts, notes, and correspondence related to various properties. Properties include Chamberlin's Colfax Addition (Block 45, 46, 47, 48, 3, 13, 14), Montrose (Park Hill Campus - sold to Johnson & Wales University) (Blocks 3, 4, 19, 20), First Addition to Arlington Heights, Arlington Park Block 26, Avondale Village, Bambergers Addition to Broadway Terrace, Berkeley, Budlong's Resubdivisions of Chamberlin's University Terrace, Clement's Addition, and Country Club Place.
This box also includes materials on the property Belcaro (aka Phipps House). Belcaro materials include Lawrence C. Phipps papers, Van Schaack Phipps will and probate, communication, memos, deed and agreements, legal information, pumping system. Belcaro, also known as the Phipps House, was a historic mansion in Denver that the University of Denver owned and operated as an event and conference center from the late 1960s to 2010 when they sold it.

Now this box and other materials have been merged into the U113 DU Business and Financial Affairs Collection as the Office of Business and Financial Affairs typically oversees DU real estate and property purchasing as well as Facilities Management & Planning.
