This document includes information on the career of Yuli Vorontsov including the positions he held and the years which he held them starting with his first position as "Expert, Chief Expert and then Attache for the Second European Section at the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs" from 1952-1954 up to his last position starting in 2000 "sharing the posto of the Secretary-General's High-level Coordinator".
