Abstract

A red and black print poster reads "You may work well, but if you can not save well you're like a good ship without ballast - safe, while the sea is calm, but liable to go down with the first storm. A poster in black and shades of red reads "You must help to build the bridge if you expect to get across. Invest in the future of America. Victory Liberty Loan. Government Loan Organization.
