This box containsnine nine (9) CDs. They include: a dinner invitation CD, two (2) for the 125th anniversary, two (2) for the 126th anniversary, one (1) labeled "shul list alpha order", one (1) unlabeled, one (1) ACH Rules, and one (1) child sexual abuse training CD.
Box 32: Event Planning, 1993 - 2022
Forty-five [45] file folders containing materials from annual meetings and heritage dinners (1994-2022), as well as the 1993 Beck Archives Dedication. The materials in the annual meeting and dinner folders largely have to do with the planning process, communication, and promotion of the events.
Box 63: Events and Building Information
This box contains information about each building in the Colorado Women's College including details about significant rooms. Additionally, there are several photos of a dedication event featuring faculty and staff members participating in the construction of a building. These materials were originally on a foam board but have been removed from that backing.
