The three are recipients of scholarships from the 40 and 8, which is a branch of the American Legion. Their names are: (left to right) Miss Donna Strong of Ault, Colorado, Mrs. Joyce Malone Neely of Ft. Lupton, Colorado, and Miss Elizabeth Straight of Greeley, Colorado.
