Abstract

One cookbook produced by the AMC entitled "A Memorable Culinary Digest" originally published in 1971 with the ninth and final edition published in 2008. The 208 page cookbook was produced by the National Council of Auxilaries as a fundraiser for AMC.

Abstract Collection contains papers, recipes, food publications, and ephemera belonging to University of Denver Library Association member Betty Carey.
