Information sheets (6 sheets) typed in black ink the words to Schubert's Unfinished Symphony in B minor written by Major L. Bloom. First two pages contain hand written notes in pencil by Edward L. Bloom where the last four pages appear to be a final draft to be used by Frank Tapp during composition.

Dr. Charles D. Spivak in his military uniform. Dr. Spivak took a leave of absence from the JCRS to serve as a special U.S. medical commissioner in war-torn Europe. He was officially a representative of the Jewish Distribution Committee to provide relief to Jewish refugees.
