Abstract
Polly Marolt recalls and tells stories about various people who lived in Aspen including the following: David Ray, Bert Schwartz, Horse Thief Kelly, Pope Rowland, Snowmass Kate Lindvig, Fred Willoughby, and Ground Hog Joe. More specifically, Marolt talks about how David Ray loved goats and even had a goat on his alter. Marolt also recalls Bert Schwartz and his horse Bessie, which he rode all the time.
