Schwatt tells Spivak that Leitman still goes into town overnight which is against the rules at JCRS. Schwatt also states that Mrs. Leitman has said she is also ready to return home in New York.

He states during his residency there was no cough, no expectoration, appetite was good, and normal temperature. He says Sutton's heart increased in the size, and maybe that's why he advised him to go to a warmer climate. He asks what's Sutton's current condition. Letter is signed by H. Schwatt.
