Abstract Application form of Rosche Schwartz for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. She was age 43 at the time of the application. She was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States in February, 1911. She lived in Seattle, Washington when she contracted tuberculosis.
