Overview Typed letter "To Whom It May Concern" regarding M. Seldich dated "May 22, 1909" [sic]. The letter reads, "Mr. Moe Seldich is known to me for some time as a very deserving young man, who on account of his health came to Denver. He has improved remarkably...and is able to do light work. I consider his case to be...an 'arrested case'" [sic]. The letter is not signed.

Overview Handwritten application for admittance to the JCRS in pen for Hyman Osherofsky, with information such as age (19), place of birth (Russia), and ocupation (Operator). His nearest relative is his father, in N.Y.C. The form is signed by H. Osherofsky. On the the back side it is written he had stage III tuberculosis, advanced case, both lungs involved. It is also written he was admitted on December 30, 1909, and he died on January 13, 1910.
