Spivak goes into detail about the patients who are very sick at the sanatorium. Spivak then explains that once patients begin to feel better they are carefully assigned light work around the sanatorium. Spivak tells Masliansky that Wigatow was able to work five hours a day, but refused to work the twenty minutes assigned to him to clear dishes from the dining room tables...
