The first reference to Colorado Seminary was in The Rocky Mountain News of November 27, 1862: “ a board of Trustees, composed of the solid men of Denver, has been organized to superintend the erection of a seminary building… for an academic education.”

Typed letter from JCRS to Mrs. Max Sharlott, dated November 17, 1905. The letter confirms the posting of the watch, chain, and ring of Max Sharlott to Mrs. Sharlott. It also acknowledges senting $8.50 that was left over from Max Sharlott's money after funeral expenses were deducted. It does not acknowledge that a pawn ticket was found among his effects. The letter is unsigned.

Resolutions
Three resolutions, one proposing that money spent on graduation caps and gowns be instead devoted to the cause of peace, the second stating the University's commitment to remaining open by whatever means possible, to setting up a center for open-forum education, and that grading policies for the present quarter be communicated by separate colleges quickly. The final draft resolution sets forward a call for a restructuring of University Senate.
